Send your return back within 30 days and your refund will be processed once received.
Return Requirements
To be eligible, items must meet all of the following requirements:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Original packaging and tags attached
- No stains, odours, or fabric damage
- Hygiene liners (if applicable) must remain intact
- No returns on Final Sale items
- No returns on socks, towels or accessories
Items sent to us that do not satisfy the above return conditions cannot be refunded back to you at your own cost.
Damages and Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@tumeactivewear.com as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note: Photo evidence is required when submitting a faulty return request.
Store Credit and Exchanges
Eligible returns can be submitted within 30 days for a refund or store credit. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Free size exchanges available (subject to stock availability)
- Once approved, you will receive confirmation via email
Refunds
You have 30 days from the day you receive your delivery to begin the refund process.
- Items must meet return requirements listed above
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Afterpay or Klarna Returns
If you purchased using Afterpay, Klarna or another Buy Now Pay Later service:
- Refunds will be processed via your payment provider
- Instalments will continue as scheduled until refund confirmation
Sitewide Sale Events
For purchases made during major sale events (Black Friday, End of Season Sale):
- Final Sale items cannot be returned
- Sale items may be eligible for store credit only
