Joining is free and easy! Simply create an account on our website and you’ll automatically start earning points on every purchase.

Points are only awarded on purchases made after you create your rewards account. Be sure to sign up before placing your order!

You earn points every time you shop with us. Members receive points for every Rp spent. We also offer bonus points during special promotions and double points days.

Log into your account and visit the Rewards section. Choose your reward, redeem your points, and apply the generated discount code at checkout.

You can view your rewards and points history inside your account dashboard. If you're still unsure, contact our support team for assistance.

Reward codes may not work if:

Make sure all conditions are met before checkout.

Each tier requires a certain spending amount within a 12-month period. If the minimum spend is not maintained, your tier status may be adjusted.

Share your unique referral link with friends. When they make their first purchase, they receive a discount and you earn reward points once their order is completed.

Yes! Members receive a special birthday discount. Make sure your birth date is added to your account before your birthday month.

Your status (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3) is based on your total spending and points earned. Higher tiers unlock better rewards and exclusive benefits.

If the referred order is canceled or refunded, referral points will not be awarded or may be removed from your account.

Points must first be redeemed for a discount code in your Rewards dashboard. Then you can apply that code during checkout.

If you wish to leave the rewards program, please contact our customer support team. Please note that unused points will be forfeited upon exit.
